Tell us what it is, who does it today and what it costs you when it goes wrong. We will tell you straight whether it is worth building — and what it would cost if it is.
No pitch deck, no discovery workshop, no fee for the conversation.
The last box is the only one we actually read twice. Everything above it is so we know who is asking.
What to put in it
Rough numbers are fine. We would rather have the real ones than round ones.
Half of what arrives here should not be built. Saying so on the first call is the cheapest thing we do for anyone.
Ask for an NDA in the form and it is signed the same day — before you describe anything specific. The full posture is on the security page.
Written down so you know what you are agreeing to before you spend thirty minutes on a call.
Within a day
Not a sequence and not a qualifier. If what you describe is not worth building, you will hear that in the first reply rather than after three meetings.
Day 2–3
You walk us through the process. We tell you which part an agent can hold, which part it cannot, and what we would measure to know the difference.
Within a week
Stages, what ships at the end of each, and a fixed price for the first one. Nothing carries over on trust alone, and nothing is invoiced before you have read it.
From there
Something runnable at the end of every cycle. You can stop after any of them, and the work you have paid for is yours either way.
Same inbox, different first reply. Say which one you are and it saves a round trip.
A process you want run by an agent, or a pilot that stalled before production.
infochronixa@gmail.comQuestionnaires, DPAs, subprocessor lists and pen-test summaries — the posture is written down first.
Read the postureWe hire in small numbers against signed engagements. Send something you built and why it was hard.
How we hireNot sure it is us you need
Write anyway. We turn down work regularly, and the fastest way to find out whether this is one of those is thirty minutes with someone who would have to build it.
